LORNA LONG, PRESIDENT: Lorna received training in the Royal Conservatory method in Canada. Lorna taught for many years and approaches the sale of a piano from an educator's perspective. He tunes and prepares our handcrafted pianos and is available for concert preparation and troubleshooting off-site. Sometimes, when scheduling conflicts occur, customer convenience, availability or other necessitate an outside contractor, Jonnel personally oversees that, as well.
